Claire named on WiPR 40/40 Power List

We’re absolutely thrilled to share that our founder, Claire Ayles, has been named on the Women in PR (WiPR) 40 over 40 Power List for 2025.

This honour comes as no surprise to those who know Claire. She launched Eleven Hundred Agency alongside Mike King in 2018, growing it from a standing start into a multi-award-winning B2B tech PR firm. Today, the agency represents some of the most dynamic brands in technology.

Claire’s own career began with a leap of faith: switching from the education sector to tech PR at the grand old age of 29 – unusual for an industry that traditionally relies on fresh grads. Turned away by the industry’s biggest names, she got her break thanks to a leader who valued potential over checklists – a philosophy she has embraced ever since.

Claire’s success is a testament to what’s possible when experience is embraced, not overlooked.
